Officers
President - Kelly Ducey has been a Class 1 official for over 40 years. Kelly coached at the junior varsity and junior high level at Archbold for 23 years. In addition to officiating, Kelly has managed several tournaments, including the Division 3 Sectional for 21 years. Kelly has worked at the Sectional, District, Regional and State Tournaments.
Vice President/Treasurer - Larry Saxton has been a Class 1 official for 50 years and has also officiated at the NCAA and NAIA college level. Larry was the head wrestling coach at Defiance High School for 28 years and was inducted into the Ohio High School Wrestling Coaches Hall of Fame in 1995. Larry served as the 5th District President for over 35 years.
Secretary - Brian Siler has been a Class 1 official for over 15 years and has also been an assistant coach at Defiance. Brian has worked at the Sectional, District, Regional and State Tournaments,
Local Rules Interpreter - Butch Blankenship has been a Class 1 official for over 30 years and has worked at Sectional, District, Regional and State Tournaments.
